Years of experience have taught me that A good First Aid Kit is ESSENTIAL in every Home, Office and Car!

3. Learn how to use the kit!
4. Look after your First Aid Kit.
5. Attend a First Aid Course or take First Aid Training, including CPR, cardiopulmonary resuscitation , and also AED, how to use an automatic external defibrillator . Remember to renew your CPR certificate every two years, or as required in your area.
6. Prepare children for medical emergencies according to their age.

What happens in an Emergency?
Maybe hurricanes or cyclones are not a threat, in your area. Maybe the chance of an earthquake happening near your property is remote!
But, there are lots of other potential natural disasters that could happen. Torrential rains and storms can occur , leading to floods. And, don’t forget the chances of power outages that can sometimes take days to fix.
