CPR Training
People who suffer a cardiac arrest have almost double the chance of survival if they are administered prompt and effective Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Treatment.
Therefore CPR Training is very important.
This training can teach you how to perform CPR on an adult, child or toddler that is not breathing normally. CPR is a life-saving first aid skill that can be learnt easily and quickly.
Significant changes to CPR and methods of training have occurred in recent years, and so it is important to undertake a refresher course if you did your First Aid Training more than 3 years ago.

Many companies provide CPR refresher courses and they are a part of all OH&S training programs.
Here you will find more on CPR Training Online and CPR Recertification

For CPR Training a manikin is often used. These manikins provide a realistic, inexpensive, lightweight, adult or child or infant training aid that offers all of the essential training features. They are designed with the user and instructor in mind. They feature airway obstruction and chest rise and fall for realistic training. The airway can be opened using head tilt, chin lift or jaw thrust techniques. Economical, disposable airways and removable, reusable faces are used. A combination carry case and training mat allows for convenient transportation and storage. A “clicker” confirms correct compression depth and compression springs for consistent resistance. These manikins allow for the hygienic and convenient training of even large groups in CPR Training.
